When I first entered the workplace, the most immediate realization was how different it is from campus life. At university, learning often focuses on theory and exploration, while the workplace demands efficiency, discipline, and teamwork.
As a member of the company’s video production and editing team, I am responsible for operating multiple domestic and overseas social media platforms, publishing videos, and handling part of the filming work. I still remember the first time I entered the company warehouse to shoot product footage. Facing shelves filled with RF connectors and BeiDou GPS antennas, I suddenly didn’t know how to capture the details and texture of the products through my camera lens. What has always supported me along the way is the warm and steadfast companionship of my family. My mother has always been the strongest support in my life. From school to the workplace, she has never placed high expectations on me; she only hopes that I can work diligently in a job I enjoy and live happily.

My grandparents’ love is also one of the softest and most precious memories in my heart. They watched me grow up and always taught me to be responsible and dependable. When they learned that I had entered the workforce, my grandmother often reminded me to work hard and cherish the opportunities I have earned.
Every phone call with her is filled with caring reminders. She worries that I might be treated unfairly outside or neglect my health. She may not understand video editing, platform operations, or what role Kinghelm’s RF connectors and BeiDou antennas play, but she knows that I am working hard toward my dreams—and that is enough for her.
Their love may not come with grand words, but it carries the most sincere hopes and has become the motivation that drives me forward in my work. I always want to share my achievements with them—telling them that many people have watched the videos I produced, that our company’s products are known for their outstanding quality, and that I have learned so much at Kinghelm. Hearing their proud laughter makes all my efforts worthwhile.
