Acumen Financial Advantage Donates Nearly $20,000 from #BrightFutures4Kids Campaign Benefiting Children’s Miracle Network

What started as a simple selfie has grown into something extraordinary. Acumen Financial Advantage today announced that its #BrightFutures4Kids campaign has generated nearly $20,000 in donations to Children’s Miracle Network through Credit Unions for Kids (CU4Kids), a milestone that reflects the power of community, purpose, and the credit union difference.

Since launching in October 2025, the campaign has inspired hundreds of LinkedIn selfie posts from credit union professionals, partners, and supporters across the country. For every post tagged #BrightFutures4Kids, Acumen donates $10 to CMN hospitals through CU4Kids. Beyond social media, Acumen has donated 5% of its revenue from every newly funded Charitable Donation Account (CDA) or Charitable Endowment Plan™ (CEP) opened on behalf of participating credit unions. To date, 23 credit unions have funded CDAs as part of this initiative, translating strategic financial decisions into direct charitable impact for children and families.

Meeting and engaging with the next generation of credit union leaders at Elevate was a reminder of why this work matters so deeply.
